Meet your trainer
Tea Mustać is COO of SafePorter and a legal advisor on AI governance, data protection, and technology regulation. A Harvard Law School LL.M. graduate and Harvard-trained mediator, she also serves as Head of Operations at the Institute for Global Negotiations, where her work centers on the use of AI in negotiation, mediation, and dispute resolution across complex international environments.

Is this course live or self-paced?
Self-paced with video lessons so that you can work through the four modules on your own schedule + two one-hour live session with the trainer.
Do I need a technical or legal background?
No. The course starts with the fundamentals and builds from there. It's designed for people leading or working in NGOs, international organizations, research institutions, and small-to-medium enterprises.
Is this only relevant if we're subject to the EU AI Act?
No. The EU AI Act is the core regulatory case study since it's the first comprehensive AI law, but the framework, roles, and processes you'll build apply regardless of which regulations end up affecting your organisation or which country you reside in.
How long will I have access to the course?
We recommend you complete the programme within the scheduled four weeks, but you will have access for 12 months from the launch date of your cohort.
Is there a certificate when I finish?
Yes. On completing the Workshop, you'll receive a certificate accredited by PoliSync.
Will the taster workshop be recorded?
Yes, the recording will be shared with the registered participants.

No. This is a new, separate course focused specifically on AI governance and the EU AI Act. It's built by the same PoliSync team and grew out of demand from Certificate participants, but it's a standalone paid product.
